The Dutchman Alistair “The Demolition Man” Overeem will battle it out against Walt “The Big Ticket” Harris in the octagon. The winner of this match will get one step closer at claiming the Heavyweight Champion title in a fight against the current title holder, Stipe Miocic.
The favourite, Walt “The Big Ticket” Harris demolished his opponents Alexey Oleynik and Sergey Spivak in his previous two fights. Both of which ended with a KO in the first round. Do we believe we’ll see the same furious knockout taking place in the first round against Overeem? No, not very possible. The K1 legend Alistair “The Demolition Man” Overeem have been in the game for a very long time, and we know that he is always up for a good fight. Even though a lot of people believe he has a glass jaw due to the many knockouts he suffered, he is a great well-rounded fighter. Overeem will celebrate his 40th birthday as he steps into the octagon to fight Walt Harris.
Overeem suffered a loss in his latest fight against Jairzinho Rozenstruik but looks to be in great shape this time around. We believe we’ll see Walt Harris tap out in the second round and see Overeem celebrate his birthday with a win.
